Animals ANIMALS
2. DOGS. License fee is $5.00 annually. Licenses are issued inside City Hall, with proof of rabies vaccination. Dogs are prohibited to run freely, and no dogs are allowed at the City or Lions Club parks. Pit Bull breeds and Wolf dog hybrid are prohibited period. 3. HOUSE PETS. Permitted examples are cats, rabbits, goldfish, turtles, hamsters. 4. FARM ANIMALS. Including but not limited to: cows, horses, mules, sheep, goats, ducks, chickens are permitted in the outlying, designated areas. 5. SWINE. Are prohibited period.
BUILDING PERMITS -Obtained at City Hall and approved by local inspector. (BRING PLANS AND LOT LAYOUT WITH PAYMENT) ---- Necessary setbacks are in the local zoning ordinance ----

BURNINGBurning barrels are not allowed. There are 2 open burning periods available each year:only as long as there is no other burning bans in place: April 19th - May 3rd and Burning guidelines are listed, and a copy of this Ordinance is posted in the window at City Hall.

WINTER REGULATIONS AND ADVISORIES
Alley must remain to be kept at 20' width. Snowmobiles are permitted only on arterials, at a slow speed, and only to get in and out of Town. Arterial maps are available at City Hall. Leaving faucets turned on during low temperatures can help avoid frozen pipes.
